1. No Refunds on Services Already Rendered

🌿 This full-day intensive is a high-touch, high-level experience. Because of the depth of planning and personalized work that goes into each session, all sales are final. However, rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours' notice. 🌿 You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice at no extra charge. 🌿 Due to the personalized nature of this intensive, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable. However, in the case of an emergency, we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

2. Rescheduling Policy (for 1:1 Consultations & Packages)

✔ You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no extra charge.

✔ Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited without refund. However, in the case of an emergency, we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

3. Monthly Coaching Commitment

🔹 By enrolling in this coaching package, you are committing to the full duration of the program (3 or 6 months). Monthly payments are an installment plan, not a pay-as-you-go subscription.

🔹 If you choose the payment plan option, you are responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments, even if you choose not to attend sessions. This ensures energetic alignment and commitment to the transformation process.

🔹 Refunds are not available once coaching has begun, as this is a high-touch, personalized experience.

4. Cancellation & Refunds for Packages

🌿 If you purchase a package but decide to cancel before starting:

• Need to cancel before your first session? You may request a 50% refund within 7 days of purchase—provided no sessions have been used.

• After 7 days, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

🌿 If you have started the package but choose not to complete it:

• Unused sessions cannot be refunded but may be credited toward another service within 6 months.

• If you experience extenuating circumstances (medical emergencies, major life events), please reach out, and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

5. Digital Products & Courses

✔ Due to the nature of digital content and self-paced courses, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

✔ If you have trouble accessing your materials, please email us at love@sankalpagoddesses.com, and we will ensure you receive what you purchased.
