For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a woman with many hats—spa owner, Ayurvedic health coach, women’s circle facilitator, mother of three beautiful boys, and most recently, a woman who walked through fire and came out reborn.

For years, I was the Silent She—the woman who gave until there was nothing left.
