1. No Refunds on Services Already Rendered

🌿 Due to the customized and high-touch nature of this coaching session, all sales are final once booked. 🌿 You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice at no extra charge. 🌿 Due to the personalized nature of this intensive, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable. However, in the case of an emergency, we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

💡 If you are uncertain about committing, we encourage you to book a free 20-minute Consultation before purchasing.

2. Rescheduling Policy (for 1:1 Consultations & Packages)

✔ You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no extra charge.

✔ Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited without refund. However, in the case of an emergency, we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellation & Refunds for Packages

🌿 If you purchase a package but decide to cancel before starting:

• A 50% refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.

• After 7 days, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

🌿 If you have started the package but choose not to complete it:

• Unused sessions cannot be refunded but may be credited toward another service within 6 months.

• If you experience extenuating circumstances (medical emergencies, major life events), please reach out, and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

4. Digital Products & Courses

✔ Due to the nature of digital content and self-paced courses, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

✔ If you have trouble accessing your materials, please email us at love@sankalpagoddesses.com, and we will ensure you receive what you purchased.
