1. No Refunds on Services Already Rendered

Due to the customized and high-touch nature of Ayurvedic Counselling & Coaching, all purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued once a session has been completed.

💡 If you are uncertain about committing, we encourage you to book a free 20-minute Ayurveda Discovery Call before purchasing.

2. Rescheduling Policy (for 1:1 Consultations & Packages)

✔ You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no extra charge.

✔ Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited without refund.

3. Cancellation & Refunds for Packages

🌿 If you purchase a package but decide to cancel before starting:

• A 50% refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.
• After 7 days, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

🌿 If you have started the package but choose not to complete it:

• Unused sessions cannot be refunded but may be credited toward another service within 6 months.
• If you experience extenuating circumstances (medical emergencies, major life events), please reach out, and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
• This package is designed for results, so all sessions must be used within 3 months. If you need to extend due to extenuating circumstances, reach out, and we’ll assess case-by-case.

4. Digital Products & Courses

✔ Due to the nature of digital content and self-paced courses, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

✔ If you have trouble accessing your materials, please email us at love@sankalpagoddesses.com, and we will ensure you receive what you purchased.
